My experience with the CRM has been very disappointing. I was promised a powerful, seamless solution, but four months in and after full payment, I'm still not properly onboarded and have seen little value. Each time I express concerns, I'm informed that the team is 'waiting for development,' with no timelines provided. When I attempted to cancel due to the ongoing poor service, I learned I’m locked into a 12-month contract, even though the product was never fully implemented. This has been a truly frustrating and unproductive journey.
