I’ve used Prosper for just over a year now after I saw some of their accounts mentioned on Money Savings Expert. Initially, setting up accounts was a tiny bit clunky / laborious but this has improved hugely and the process is much more streamlined & efficient.Whenever I have needed assistance, prompt & courteous help has always been available.The interest rates are consistently some of the best available & the app works very well.If I had one request, it would be the ability to provide maturity options a week or so in advance. Some other providers offer this & I find it very helpful.
