I transferred £45000 to a holding account which was to be invested in a Aldermore fixed term account. Prosper kept my money in the holding account for almost 11 days without investing or informing me of any problems. I contact Prosper via Ibot which put me on hold for someone to explain what was happening. After waiting on hold for half hour I terminated the conversation and promptly withdrew all my money. I would like to know if Prosper received any interest in those 11 days as I certainly didn't, I had the exact £45000 returned to my account. Very poor service all around.
