Bought a towing jacket from a friend as he had sold his van before he got the cover in 2018 I’ve only used the cover once and found the protective cover/bag that came with it had not been stitched correctly and just pulled apart at the seem and the stitches hade not gone through the fabric so I emailed the company expecting to get an apology and a replacement bag but my experience was totally different as the reply advised the bag is nothing to do with the cover and given complementary so if I want one it will be £25.This is not a cheap product so I have to say very disappointing, no customer care and not interested in trying to look after there customers once the item is sold.My new van is on its way soon and I will be buying a cover and jacket for it but guess where I won’t be ordering it from?Thought this was a quality company after reading there feedback I realised I was wrong.
