To whom it may concern:Dear Sir/Madam,I have taken delivery of the towing jacket you have made for my Eriba 530 GT caravan.I am sorry to say I am extremely disappointed the Grab Handle AccessPockets Neededas per order have not been included.My disappointment is further compounded by the inclusion of adhesive press studs, which are not mentioned in the item description.If I had known about the adhesive pads before ordering I would not have made the purchase.The Eriba 530 GT is metallic silver in colour, I am not prepared to stick white plastic circles to the body panels this will compromise the paint work finish. Using a credit card to remove adhesive press studs is also a risk I am not prepared to take.I will not be using your very well-made cover as a consequence.It is a shame I am having to write this; I am sure you will agree.Please send me appropriate return postage details/labels so I may return this to you and arrange for a full refund.Yours faithfully,Keith Miller.
