I would give a zero-star rating if possible. The technician took two days to bring a replacement door for the washing machine and was repeatedly late. Once the door was finally replaced, the machine started leaking underneath. When I contacted them about the issue, I was asked to send a video, which I did. The technician was rude and accused me of harassment. There was no warranty, no receipt, and he demanded cash payment. I would NOT suggest using this service.
