After my first review with his company

After my first review with his company, Protect A Pet jumped all over it they did not like my comments. He’s very good. They actually get involved months after you actually phoned them up saying how bad the service was. They never wanted to do anything then however since I’ve gone live and got a complaint. Helpful in fact, they’re plaguing me with text messages unbelievable they were very concerned about my review as they were so concerned they were sorted out months ago now they put a review up which falls over says not true at all. They say anything to make themselves look good for those thinking about having knitting put up in the golden walls. There’s other companies out there that provide better materials they advertise on Facebook. I haven’t had time to actually talk to them at this stage yet but my pets can’t go out the garden until it’s sorted. Protect A Pet come down at least three times and not fix the problem. There is actually two issues, not one even after they ignore me for how many months I gave up talking to them. I would not have left a review but trust pilot contacted me for a review so I gave one. I was going to wait happily till the New Year when the weather gets a bit better. Yes the cough was over £3000. I put it down now so a bad experience if I hadn’t have to review as I did they would not have contacted me at all as they say, they tried to close the barn doors after the horse bolted with my case the cat escaped anyone you’ve got Bengal cats be aware they will work out quite easily has to get over this the supporting arms they supply are solid so when the cat jumps into the knitting the knitting doesn’t move much and the cat can climb upside down quite easily and flip over the knitting however the other companies supply in the arms that fit the walls which are sprung loaded so when the cat jumped to the knitting the arms move down slowly therefore the cats cannot climb over there is videos on Facebook of this on the videos you see on Facebook they show you cats that can’t get over the solid arms with knitting and I would believe this I’ve had two cats and both them can’t get over this knitting quite easily. It took about two days to work it out. My walls are about full legal height for a wall and the knitting et cetera takes a little bit higher but the cats can get over this so easy so you don’t believe me. Just go online. Do a bit of research on your seat how the arms work I don’t think Protect A Pet do this feature is a very good idea. It’s my garden is very small still cost me with Protect A Pet £3000 very expensive another thing the way they fit the netting to the walls any leaves blow between the walls and the netting get stuck behind them so it does look a bit of a mess as well in yours. You have to unscrew the knitting to get the actual leaves out, then screw him back in again sorry for the typos. I’m visually impaired when the actual Protect A Pet people came I could hardly see on one occasion. I just had an operation that morning and they were visiting unexpectedly. I’m very pushy to come and do it that day I couldn’t check their work on those days because I couldn’t see even I had to be guided in my front door by hospital transport so I couldn’t check their work at all the following day the last time they were here my bifold doors were still failing netting they did phone me on the morning and I said I was having an operation but they were pushy and wanted to come that day so I haven’t rushed back to repair the netting for so far it’s three visits and haven’t got nowhere. Looks a mess. they can make any excuse they wish. That I’ll say this once more they came back to me once I did a complaint online. I did try and call the guy who sold the product to me and he was not available. I think he was on holiday. I did leave messages. They never came back. Someone else came back from a new Parliament, but I said no I want to talk to the guy who actually sold me the solution that does not work I never heard back from him when he came back from the holiday where he was until now after I’d leave a negative review I’m using dictation software as typos above probably and I can’t read their reviews. I can’t see them clear enough my eyesight they are away. I’ve got eye problems. I told him that and their engineers know that but they still leave reviews not for my benefit for yours obviously to make themselves look good.
