Warren did a fantastic job securing our fence/garden!
Very good customer service and he made sure every bit was secured. Can’t wait for the warmer weather so we can all enjoy the garden.
We moved to a new house and after one of our inquisitive cats had a serious altercation with the Rottweiler next door, we realised we had to find a way of keeping our much-loved pets safe whilst allowing them the freedom to go outside. Having done some research we decided this company provided the best solution for our garden which has walls and fences of varying height. We cannot fault the advice and service we received from first enquiry to completed installation. Rob paid meticulously attention to both security and overall appearance, so that our fears that the garden would look like a prison proved unfounded. Having watched him work so expertly we are pleased we didn’t try to install ourselves. Needless to say the cats are happy wandering around in safety and we can now relax.
After we agreed on a plan for our garden, Martin arrived promptly to carry out the installation. We discussed a few of the finer points which would make the garden more secure ( things which became apparent when there in person).Martin explained any small alterations he had to make, particularly while installing a free standing fence which proved troublesome.Martin was very polite and clearly has a love for cats ( he got to meet ours).He carried out the work with care and left the garden tidy and free from any leftover pieces/ cutoffs.Overall we were extremely satisfied with the finished result and our cat Loki shares our opinion!...
From start to finish dealing with ProtectaPet has been a pleasure. They helped me with the design and order, arrived exactly when they said they would and built a high quality brilliant looking catio for my three cats. Martin, the installer, worked tirelessly to complete the build: he did a perfect job and left the site cleaner than when he had arrived! As someone clearly passionate about cats he was able to advise how we could tweak elements of the design to make it even better for the cats. Highly recommended.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. The whole experience has been friendly, efficient and very professional. The attention to detail and getting the structure absolutely right was impressive. The finished product- 4.8m x 2.8m catio is going to give us great peace of mind that our cats are definitely going to be safe.
