I originally published a bad review because my package came missing parts (cable ties) and some of the plastic parts came defective, breaking during assembly or a few weeks later. After seeing the review the customer service team approached me for a resolution. Even before contacting me they already had sent some replacement parts to my home address. To be honest I haven’t had the time to install them yet, but I think customer support like this should be treasured and that is why I’m changing my review to 5 stars. Even if the first impression was bad, they did more than I expected to fix the issue, and for that alone I already have much more respect for the company. I’ll try to install the new parts this weekend and hopefully my balcony will be 100% secure for a long time afterwards.
