What they said and what they made my garden look like was a mess and the workman he was lovely but the work was not up to standard is was all uneven around the perimeter and he saved on the brackets and just stretched the nett with cable ties and left gaps and said my cat will not able to jump that high and that is why he done that. Ther was gonna be a little pen area so my cat can stay out all hours when it pleased to but the messed that up too I did get a call back from the someone higher up saying the clip I sent them of the work was not up to there standard and I was correct in pointing where they need to fix it but as I was going around showing and explaining it, I could see what I missed in not showing them in the first place and asked if I can have it taken away and with out any fuss the workman came back and ripped the nett off the fence and left staples half out half in the wood and was not happy taking it down. The end got holes in the walls and some plugs are hanging out and no body called to ask was everything as u wanted so I would say ask them to send u the map and how the end product is gonna look like and the material the gonna use and the mesh where they are gonna use it and not mix the materials up like they did for me.
