I ordered two of the protein shakes, Raspberry/white chocolate and Pineapple/Coconut. I made an error when ordering and forgot to include the 20% discount code which was offered on the advert on line. I realised the error about 5ive minutes after processing the order so immediately contacted the customer services advisor, Tracey and asked to amend the order. She advised that once an order is placed it cannot be altered, cancelled or changed in any way as their system will not allow it. I have worked in the customer service field for a number of years and designed and implemented teams and systems for many years. Never have I had this situation before. If the advisor cannot amend an order certainly the manager can. There were various emails going back and forth but she would not relent. She then said that the reason was they dispatched the order the same day for next day delivery and could not alter this order in any way.I found wording on the terms and conditions to say no order could be cancelled or amended or returned if no longer suitable.My advice to anyone considering purchasing is BUYER BEWARE this company give the impression that it is take the money and run and has no care or concern for the customer. I will now consider my options. NB. no parcel as arrived as yet.
