Awful customer service

I placed an order for two meal replacement shakes, only one arrived, this had no metal lid on the company are calling me a liar and insisting that I have received both items, I will not leave this matter what an awful company to deal with, even the courier mentioned that the box was battered

I purchased Strawberry before ans I really liked it. I just purchased Iced Capuccino and I was disappointed as it is too sweet. I even did 2 scoops only and it’s still the same. I tried to check if I could somehow return or replace but it’s not allowed. I wish I just ordered banana instead.

Appalling customer care and service.

I ordered two of the protein shakes, Raspberry/white chocolate and Pineapple/Coconut. I made an error when ordering and forgot to include the 20% discount code which was offered on the advert on line. I realised the error about 5ive minutes after processing the order so immediately contacted the customer services advisor, Tracey and asked to amend the order. She advised that once an order is placed it cannot be altered, cancelled or changed in any way as their system will not allow it. I have worked in the customer service field for a number of years and designed and implemented teams and systems for many years. Never have I had this situation before. If the advisor cannot amend an order certainly the manager can. There were various emails going back and forth but she would not relent. She then said that the reason was they dispatched the order the same day for next day delivery and could not alter this order in any way.I found wording on the terms and conditions to say no order could be cancelled or amended or returned if no longer suitable.My advice to anyone considering purchasing is BUYER BEWARE this company give the impression that it is take the money and run and has no care or concern for the customer. I will now consider my options. NB. no parcel as arrived as yet.

Not good

It cakes on top of my blender. It tastes like the powder smells. It does not taste good but, if you need it you can endure it. Not enough protein for me. Will not buy again.

I'm on monjarno and have had severe…

I'm on monjarno and have had severe side effects (diarrhea) for months. That is until I started having these shakes 1 to 2 times a day. It has been a game changer and I have so much energy now. It took a few days but this is the only different thing I'm doing and I couldn't be happier. Just ordered the huge bundle as I never want to be without this now.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent order of 4Slim bundles. Upon receiving the raspberry flavor, I was dismayed to find the seal already open and the two tumblers missing from my order. I promptly emailed customer services, and Tracy responded, stating that the products are open from the warehouse and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.I find this unacceptable, especially given the UK regulations regarding open seals on food products. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and safety, particularly with consumable goods. The open seal raises concerns about potential contamination, and I'm worried about the impact on my health.Furthermore, I've experienced adverse effects from consuming another flavor, the pineapple shake, which caused bloating. Given these issues, I'm requesting a full refund and a replacement order with intact packaging and all items included.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution. I have an unused raspberry protein slim shake that I cannot take. Since I used Klarna, thank God they are trying to resolve it. My Instalment payments are on pause.. Do not let the company deny that it’s a different co. I have all un-cooperative emails as evidence of communication and refusal or refund/exchange.
