I ordered a blazer and pants set about a month ago. The order arrived two weeks later, which was fine, but the blazer had obvious defects. I've reached out to customer service several times and even contacted them via social media for an exchange or refund, but all my messages have been ignored. This is particularly disappointing given the brand's claims of excellent customer service. The lack of support has made this a frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.
