Really great service from Craig at Protone Music. Reached out about a guitar that I wasn’t 100% sure about the condition of. Craig went out of his way to share lots of detailed photos and even did a video of the guitar for me. A couple of days later and the guitar (a lovely hofner) arrived at my workplace (always better than having it left on my driveway to get pinched) and I can only say the guitar is in better condition than Craig said. Got it home and plugged it in and I am so pleased to have dealt with Protone. What a great guitar. I’ll be back for more, that’s for sure. If only more guitar stores provided service like this!
