I have been a victim of a scammer using the platform to commit identity theft against me. They have set up multiple financial accounts using an address from this service. Since the platform cannot access user emails, they have not taken any action. Previously, the scammer used another service, which promptly closed the account. It seems this platform is indifferent to being used for identity theft, which is deeply concerning. The lack of action is extremely troubling. Update: I contacted the abuse department with a police report, but they claim there is "not enough evidence" to take down the account.
