Since the platform cannot access users' emails, no action has been taken. Previously, the fraudster used another service, and to their credit, that service quickly shut down the account. It is alarming that this platform appears to allow its use for identity theft without intervention. The lack of action is very concerning. Update: I contacted the abuse department with a police report, but I was informed that there is "not enough evidence" to terminate the account.

The service did not apply my full payment of $191 towards a 24-month cycle, instead opting for a 12-month cycle, demanding more money due to higher rates. After multiple emails, the staff has been unyielding and repetitive, ignoring my previous communications and receipts. I provided proof of my payment for the two-year cycle, but they refuse to correct it. My request for escalation was ignored, and support requests went unanswered.
