I have been a victim of a scammer utilizing the platform for identity theft. They have created several online financial accounts using an email from this service. Since the platform cannot access users' emails, no action has been taken. Previously, the fraudster used another service, and to their credit, that service quickly shut down the account. It is alarming that this platform appears to allow its use for identity theft without intervention. The lack of action is very concerning. Update: I contacted the abuse department with a police report, but I was informed that there is "not enough evidence" to terminate the account.
