It's fascinating how quickly the company replies here, yet I struggle to get a response in days. What a disappointing experience. It's unfortunate that we can't share screenshots. I've been providing detailed updates for weeks. For instance, on June 1st, I expressed my frustration with the network performance, noting constant issues with web pages and forms not responding. I expected much more from the service, but it has turned out to be the worst-performing VPN I've tried in the last couple of years. I urged them to either fix the issues or refund my subscription. On August 1st, I sent tests from problematic servers, detailing my setup and expressing my dissatisfaction. By September 1st, I shared additional tests, demonstrating the poor performance compared to my baseline connection without the VPN. In short, the service has severely degraded my internet speed and browsing experience. When I reached out for help, the responses were either late or dismissive. After weeks of issues, I was told my refund request was too late. It's clear that this service has ruined a previously solid connection and now hides behind their guarantee period instead of addressing the problems. Their reputation has suffered, along with my trust and money. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the service?
