I received a baby ID bracelet, but the padlock clasp was broken, which I only discovered after getting it home. I returned to the store on the same day and was told to submit it for repair under the 12-month warranty. However, I was later informed that the warranty was void because it had been engraved, which is the whole point of the bracelet. How can engraving void the warranty on the clasp? I strongly advise against purchasing from the company. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.
