I received a baby ID bracelet, but the padlock clasp was broken, which I only discovered after getting it home. I returned to the store on the same day and was told to submit it for repair under the 12-month warranty. However, I was later informed that the warranty was void because it had been engraved, which is the whole point of the bracelet. How can engraving void the warranty on the clasp? I strongly advise against purchasing from the company. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.
The baby ID bracelet arrived with a broken padlock clasp, which I only discovered after getting home. I returned to the store on the same day of purchase and was told to submit it for repair under the 12-month warranty. However, I was later informed that the warranty is void due to the engraving. The entire purpose of an ID bracelet is to have it personalized with the baby's name. How can engraving void the warranty on a clasp? I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Save your money and time by choosing a different option.
I bought a gift card along with a necklace for a birthday present. While I received the necklace, I was told the gift card would be sent via email. I wanted the physical card to pass on, but they refused. When I asked for a refund, they said that wasn’t possible either. I don’t have a printer, and I was advised to bring the email to the store. I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I will NEVER shop with them again. Their support is just pathetic.
My husband took my 35-year-old eternity ring to the store to replace a tiny emerald that had fallen out. He left the ring in its original box for a quote, which came to over $500 AUD. He decided to take it elsewhere where we were quoted less than half that amount. When he picked up the ring, it was given in a plastic bag, and they denied having the box. After insisting, they claimed it had been discarded as it was 'moldy,' which it was not. They handed him a cheap cardboard box instead, with no apology or acknowledgment of the sentimental value. I would not recommend this company. They are overpriced with poor service.
I visited a sale store to buy a ring for my partner priced at $3000. When I asked for a better price, the manager offered $2600 since my partner was present. However, when I returned the next morning, the manager refused to assist me and insisted I pay the full price. Her attitude was rude and unhelpful; she clearly needs training in customer service.
I recently had a ring that is over 100 years old repaired. However, it was returned to me as a yellow gold band when it should have been rose gold. This is definitely not the ring I sent for repair. I am very unhappy, and the damage is done. I do not recommend trusting this company.
We purchased my engagement and wedding band from the company in 2019. Since then, I’ve lost stones every six months. I barely wear it now because it’s so fragile. Each time I return, they just shrug it off. One employee even suggested I was wearing it too much—am I not supposed to wear my wedding rings? They have never offered a solution; it just keeps being sent for repairs.
I wish there was a zero-star option. My son bought a gold heart locket and chain for his girlfriend, and after only a month, the locket broke off the chain. The company showed no interest in refunding me, despite the product clearly being of poor quality. The staff even smirked at my return. I will ensure I get my refund one way or another and will share my experience regarding their questionable business practices.
In early December, I bought a heart locket necklace for my daughter for Christmas. When I returned it in January due to a fault, I was told I could only receive an exchange or voucher, not a refund. I insisted on a refund as per consumer law, but the salesperson questioned the fault. I refused to leave without my refund and instead gave my daughter money to spend elsewhere. We will not be shopping here again.
