I bought a gift card along with a necklace for a birthday present. While I received the necklace, I was told the gift card would be sent via email. I wanted the physical card to pass on, but they refused. When I asked for a refund, they said that wasn’t possible either. I don’t have a printer, and I was advised to bring the email to the store. I'm extremely upset and frustrated. I will NEVER shop with them again. Their support is just pathetic.
