My husband took my 35-year-old eternity ring to the store to replace a tiny emerald that had fallen out. He left the ring in its original box for a quote, which came to over $500 AUD. He decided to take it elsewhere where we were quoted less than half that amount. When he picked up the ring, it was given in a plastic bag, and they denied having the box. After insisting, they claimed it had been discarded as it was 'moldy,' which it was not. They handed him a cheap cardboard box instead, with no apology or acknowledgment of the sentimental value. I would not recommend this company. They are overpriced with poor service.
