I wish there was a zero-star option. My son bought a gold heart locket and chain for his girlfriend, and after only a month, the locket broke off the chain. The company showed no interest in refunding me, despite the product clearly being of poor quality. The staff even smirked at my return. I will ensure I get my refund one way or another and will share my experience regarding their questionable business practices.
