In early December, I bought a heart locket necklace for my daughter for Christmas. When I returned it in January due to a fault, I was told I could only receive an exchange or voucher, not a refund. I insisted on a refund as per consumer law, but the salesperson questioned the fault. I refused to leave without my refund and instead gave my daughter money to spend elsewhere. We will not be shopping here again.
