The baby ID bracelet arrived with a broken padlock clasp, which I only discovered after getting home. I returned to the store on the same day of purchase and was told to submit it for repair under the 12-month warranty. However, I was later informed that the warranty is void due to the engraving. The entire purpose of an ID bracelet is to have it personalized with the baby's name. How can engraving void the warranty on a clasp? I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Save your money and time by choosing a different option.
