⭐ 1 Star – Misleading return policy and unsatisfactory support. I bought a hitch lock expecting a quality item and reliable customer service. The lock didn’t fit my hitch, and although the company initially agreed to exchange the unused product, they later reneged on that commitment. The item was never used, and I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size. Instead, they are now hiding behind a restrictive return policy that was never mentioned before. This is disheartening for a company that claims to prioritize integrity and security. I will await their response — if they do the right thing and honor the exchange, I will update this review. But if not, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
