Creating an "unpickable" lock is nearly impossible; the goal should be to make it as challenging and slow to pick as possible. Additionally, it's crucial to embrace criticism and foster a culture of ongoing improvement among your engineers and designers. Acknowledge the issues, address them, and keep evolving. ⭐ 1 Star – Misleading return policy and unsatisfactory support. I bought a hitch lock expecting a quality item and reliable customer service. The lock didn’t fit my hitch, and although the company initially agreed to exchange the unused product, they later reneged on that commitment. The item was never used, and I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size. Instead, they are now hiding behind a restrictive return policy that was never mentioned before. This is disheartening for a company that claims to prioritize integrity and security. I will await their response — if they do the right thing and honor the exchange, I will update this review. But if not, I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I've owned one of these for my RV. When you see the solid steel construction around the coupler, it feels secure. In the storage lot, I notice many padlocks and other trailer locks that seem vulnerable to bolt cutters. While nothing is foolproof, this one gives me peace of mind and likely deters thieves looking for easier targets. I've had mine for five years and still appreciate it. I had to return a second one recently, and despite an initial hiccup, my return was approved. I will provide an update after the return.

I ordered three locks. The shipping service claims it was delivered, but the accompanying photo was too blurry to identify anything. I have no video evidence of the delivery. After a lengthy investigation, there’s still no resolution regarding the missing locks. All this for over $150. Why didn’t the seller address the issue with the shipping service? They asked me for video proof and suggested I file a claim, but the shipping service recommends that the seller file the claim for it to be valid. I have all the documentation to support this issue. Forget about the locks; choose a company that values customer service.
