I ordered three locks. The shipping service claims it was delivered, but the accompanying photo was too blurry to identify anything. I have no video evidence of the delivery. After a lengthy investigation, there’s still no resolution regarding the missing locks. All this for over $150. Why didn’t the seller address the issue with the shipping service? They asked me for video proof and suggested I file a claim, but the shipping service recommends that the seller file the claim for it to be valid. I have all the documentation to support this issue.
