I checked my bank account and saw that £53.96 was pending. Nowhere during the process was a delivery fee of £19.99+ mentioned until after payment. This information was hidden on a separate delivery page. The checkout process misrepresents the total, which feels fraudulent, as it allows customers to authorize payments without disclosing the actual total upfront. This seems like a violation of trading standards, and such deceptive practices should lead to the company being banned from card payment platforms. I am seeking a refund and urge the company to revise this misleading checkout system.
