Upon reviewing the website, I noticed that a delivery fee of £19.99+ was not clearly indicated before confirming the order; it was buried in a delivery subpage. The checkout process appears misleading, as customers authorize payments without being informed of the actual total beforehand. This could be seen as a violation of trading standards, and such deceptive practices should lead to this company being barred from using any card payment systems. I am requesting a refund and urge the company to revise their checkout process to prevent this kind of misleading information from occurring again.
