A solid product (very bright, though not the most breathable for a cycling jacket, it's suitable for about 30 minutes, but I wouldn't use it longer) - however, the customer service was exceptional. There was a minor issue with the original jacket; I sent a photo, and a replacement was dispatched within hours, no questions asked. Truly impressive.
