A solid product (very bright, though not the most breathable for a cycling jacket, it's suitable for about 30 minutes, but I wouldn't use it longer) - however, the customer service was exceptional. There was a minor issue with the original jacket; I sent a photo, and a replacement was dispatched within hours, no questions asked. Truly impressive.
I own a jacket, gloves, scarf, hat, and backpack. I'm really fond of them! All the items are crafted well and of high quality, and they appear to be durable. I feel more secure when out in the dark, with excellent visibility (and I don't look like I'm in work attire!).
I only wish they would create a drawstring bag!

The quality is extremely poor, and the customer service is even worse.
I was in search of waterproof trousers since my previous ones were ineffective. While browsing online, I discovered the Reflect360 trousers. They seemed pricey, but they are absolutely worth it; after using them, my trousers remained completely dry. They feature a seal on the inside to prevent any leaks, and I appreciate the reflective material on both the front and back.

This experience was not even worth a single star. After ordering two items well ahead of a birthday, I had to follow up with the company when nothing arrived. I was then informed that one item was out of stock. I requested the in-stock item be sent, but instead received a completely different product. They insisted I return the incorrect item before I could receive a refund. This has been a frustrating experience with poor customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from here.
I appreciate the reflectivity of the products, but the customer support is lacking. It feels like queries are being handled by an automated system that provides unhelpful responses. The sizing guides are inaccurate, and it’s frustrating that returns are not free. Even if you meet the minimum for free delivery, you still have to pay for the return of differently sized items.
I enjoy the reflective jackets but faced issues while trying to purchase today. Despite filtering for size Medium, I was only shown items in size XS. I lost interest in searching endlessly for my size and decided to give up. I thought the IT department should be made aware of this issue, as there is no way to report it on their site.
As a dedicated customer, I truly appreciate the mission and quality of the brand. I own multiple items, including a Fluorescent Running Cap, which has been essential for my evening runs. Recently, the reflective part started to separate, and I reached out for care advice. Instead of just providing instructions, the support team, particularly two representatives, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by replacing my cap. Their assistance made me incredibly happy, and I can't recommend this brand enough!
