We have been trying for over a month to get the internet connected, and the service still hasn't resolved it. More than seven technicians have appeared, only to say it’s not their job and that someone else needs to come. It seems these technicians are just billing the company for their visits without getting anything done. We've spent a lot of time on the phone and waiting for their technicians. There are no words to adequately describe how poorly this service operates. It’s unbelievable.
