Frustrating experience with the service

We have been trying to connect the internet for over a month, and the service has not resolved the issue. More than seven technicians have visited, only to claim it’s not their responsibility. It seems these technicians are just billing the company for their visits without accomplishing anything. We’ve wasted countless hours on the phone and waiting. There are no words strong enough to describe how poorly this service operates. It’s unbelievable.

Extremely frustrating experience

We have been trying for over a month to get the internet connected, and the service still hasn't resolved it. More than seven technicians have appeared, only to say it’s not their job and that someone else needs to come. There are no words to adequately describe how poorly this service operates. It’s unbelievable.

High costs with poor service

It cost me 59 EUR to reactivate my mobile number, which I never requested to be deactivated. I was unreachable for two weeks (right during my birthday!). It was very frustrating, with five calls, 30 minutes of waiting, always repeating the same story.

Terrible roaming experience and customer service

While in France, I was the only one in the car without signal while roaming (yes, roaming was activated). I couldn’t even use GPS. Upon returning to Belgium, I filed a complaint. A week later, I received a message stating the issue was resolved, but I had no idea how. After explaining my situation, the representative asked if I had been informed about the resolution, which I hadn’t. They put me on hold, and then disconnected me without explanation. I still have no signal, even at my office. The service from this provider is completely disgraceful!

Strong internet but terrible customer service

The internet speed at home is excellent, but their customer care is the worst. Whether in-store or over the phone, the service is lacking.

Dreadful internet experience

This is the worst internet I've ever had. It hasn't even been a year since we got it, and the connection drops every five minutes. I got a new subscription, and it's still cutting off. I strongly advise against using this service.

Horrific customer service experience

I had a terrible experience. When I tried to transfer my number to another provider, they refused to assist. The service agents were clueless, and much of the support has been replaced by ineffective AI. The only way to get action is to visit one of their physical locations and demand help, but don't expect anything to happen quickly or affordably. I highly recommend seeking services elsewhere.

Cancelled without notice and poor service

They canceled our contract without informing us and charged us heavily for our phones without notifying us of any contract changes. Our Wi-Fi was cut off, and they suggested we wait six months for reconnection. They pressured us to get our neighbors to switch to fiber, even though it's not available for another six months. They refused to acknowledge us as clients while still sending us bills. Avoid this service at all costs.

Customer service is a disaster

The service team changed the date for fiber installation in my home, causing issues with my previous provider's transfer. When I called, the representatives were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like the problem was mine. They also spoke negatively about the other provider. After a frustrating first call, I eventually got a friendly representative who was helpful. If only my first experience had been like this, it would have been a five-star review.
