While in France, I was the only one in the car without signal while roaming (yes, roaming was activated). I couldn’t even use GPS. Upon returning to Belgium, I filed a complaint. A week later, I received a message stating the issue was resolved, but I had no idea how. After explaining my situation, the representative asked if I had been informed about the resolution, which I hadn’t. They put me on hold, and then disconnected me without explanation. I still have no signal, even at my office. The service from this provider is completely disgraceful!
