Terrible Customer Service – No Reminders, Only ThreatsI’m extremely disappointed with how Proximus handles its customers. I officially terminated my contract and returned all equipment on 31 May 2025 at one of their shops. I specifically asked if anything was outstanding, and was told everything was settled.Then out of nowhere,no reminder emails, no follow-up messages, just a sudden letter threatening collection agencies, interest fees, and extra costs for an alleged unpaid invoice of €123.99. No email communication, no call, not even a proper explanation. Just a letter and a cold warning.Their customer service is also nearly impossible to reach,you can’t even email them directly, only the chat system. When you try to get answers, you’re bounced around or ignored.This whole situation is unprofessional, stressful, and completely avoidable if they just communicated properly.I would not recommend Proximus to anyone, even when you leave the company correctly, they still manage to mess it up.
