Really disappointed with Proximus right now. When I signed up for Fiber, there was a promo for 3 months free. I couldn’t complete the order online (because I wasn’t sure if my apartment had internet set up before), so I called their customer service. The person on the phone confirmed I’d still get the promo, even though the confirmation email would say otherwise. They told me to just ignore the email and that the invoice would be corrected.Fast forward, I’ve now received a €115 bill for May and June, no promo applied at all. And when I contacted them, they just told me I got what was in the email and to accept it. Honestly feels like I was scammed.
