Proximus dreadful customer service

My attempts to get Fibre Optic have been going on since 2018 and despite hours spent on the phone chasing, it is STILL not connected.The main cable went in several years ago.The extension into my building which was supposed to happen at the same time did not. It was shown on a plan that I signed off after a visit by technical staff.Every time a technician turns up I'm told they can't connect me because the intermediary cable isn't there."Don't worry" they say "not a difficult job". But still no one turns up to connect.On Friday Proximus sent an email saying the work would be done on 23 July (this year!!!) and I don't need to be here. But I do because they cannot access the corridor where the cable is to be connected unless I'm here. And they cannot place the units on the walls unless they are in our private courtyard.I have spoken to no less than 20 people at the Service Clientele. It's complete joke.
