My residential proxy subscription was set to expire on December 17, so I added an extra 1 GB to extend it until January 17. However, I received an email stating my service had already expired and I needed to purchase more GB. I requested usage logs to clarify how the 1 GB was consumed in just three days, but they couldn't provide any supporting evidence. My usage remained unchanged during that time. Despite my repeated requests for proof, none was given. This situation raises concerns about bandwidth accuracy and transparency. With many proxy providers available, I strongly suggest choosing one that is honest and can provide clear usage logs for verification.
