I have been using this service since early this year, and my proxy usage has been consistent. Typically, I only need 1 GB per month. My residential proxy subscription was set to expire on December 17, so I added an extra 1 GB to extend it until January 17. However, I received an email stating my service had already expired and I needed to purchase more GB. I requested usage logs to clarify how the 1 GB was consumed in just three days, but they couldn't provide any supporting evidence. My usage remained unchanged during that time. Despite my repeated requests for proof, none was given. This situation raises concerns about bandwidth accuracy and transparency. With many proxy providers available, I strongly suggest choosing one that is honest and can provide clear usage logs for verification.
They offer "Proxy IP4" addresses that can only be accessed through specific programs, masquerading as proxies. You can test their functionality with checkers, which show positive results, as their addresses are whitelisted. However, they can only be used with a very limited set of programs. This isn't mentioned anywhere, and you can only figure it out through experimentation. To verify, I tried connecting via curl on my local machine and on a cloud service. The account details were correct. I followed the same process with proxies from another provider – everything worked fine. I'm not mentioning the other source to avoid any impression of promotion. On both devices, even TCP packets couldn't reach the proxy, indicating total blocking via whitelisting. This might be buried in the user agreement, but the marketing on the website claims this is a personal proxy that is always available. Overall, this feels like a classic scam.
I bought a proxy that suddenly stopped working. The support team is unhelpful, repeatedly asking for screenshots or suggesting I use different software (which worked fine just two days ago and works with other proxies; my setup hasn't changed). They refuse to replace the proxy despite offering that service. They claim the proxy is operational (not sure what they test against), which is great for them, but not for paying customers. It seems I'll need to find a new provider, as this one appears unreliable, and they are unwilling to resolve issues for paying customers. The proxy worked initially but started slowing down, and for the last two days, I can't even load simple websites.
