I have just ordered a personalised necklace for my daughter’s birthday.While ordering it showed 5 -7 working days but after placing the order it showed 5 weeks lead time which is very disappointing.All other websites have one week time even for personalised items. It’s very disheartening to know that given I ordered after seeing good reviews but now it can’t be delivered in time for special occassion
