They did not inform me that they are charging a fixed rate even if you only get your front windows cleaned, they charged me £19 pound for two windows usually this is half the price.Very upset they didn't inform me and they still haven't refunded me my money. I have been using this company for about 4 years and have no problems up until last month very disappointed. I will not use this company anymore, the lady who i spoke to was not helpful over the phone made me feel it was my falt very bad customer service .Still not received my money so will be now taking this further.
