They only provide one day's notice and then claim they rang the bell. They report back and charge the full amount for the service. I cannot recommend them; it seems like they rely on you not being home or not hearing the doorbell, even if you are present, to charge you.

I immediately called to cancel and requested my details be deleted, but I remain doubtful about receiving confirmation.
I was approached at home in early August and found the rates reasonable, so I signed up. However, I received a call the same day saying someone would contact me within two weeks, but I heard nothing until a text came at 7 PM on September 14th, informing me that the cleaner would come the next day. I was not pleased with such short notice.

They missed cleaning my gutters properly, and I had to send them a video to show that something was wrong. When I finally canceled due to their poor service, I was charged an outrageous amount for the last day’s cleaning. Their cancellation and charge practices are truly unacceptable.
The service is very poor. There is no proper cleaning schedule; I often receive a message at 7 PM saying they will come to clean windows the next day. Even if I’m not home, they will only clean the front and do a shoddy job. I still have cobwebs on my windows even after their visits. I strongly advise against using this service.

When I contacted them, they claimed it was booked with my consent, but the cleaner had left their employment and could not verify it. They refused to refund me or complete the job, and when I asked to close my account, they seemed indifferent.
