I paid for a 75-day grading service, but it has now been about 90 days. To make matters worse, my card was supposed to receive a top grade, yet they want to charge an additional fee. I already paid for return shipping, but the representative seemed unable to understand this. Despite providing documentation, they ignored my evidence and insisted I approve the fee increase for the grading and pay for shipping again. It's frustrating to deal with this kind of service.
