I sent them a Garbage Pail Card with Tim Taylor's autograph on it and paid for them to grade and authenticate it. I sent the card to Tim Allen's fan mail address and two months later it came back with an autograph on it. They kept my money and said the card was inconclusive. They took it out of the hard sleeve I put it in and sent it back in a shifty thin sleeve and it was bent down the middle.
