I ordered the test and gave it day before my exam. I was not aware that the results will only display the scores and not show what I got wrong. If I had known I would have selected grade for each question to check what was wrong. I called the customer support and I was informed that they have sent an email to the department who can display whole results. I waited and received the same report I had at the end of exam. I called again and told the agent that I would like to get full access to what I got wrong abd she stated yes I have sent the email and gave me the email as well to contact directly. I specified each time that I want the information on what questions I got wrong and each time I was informed they are working on generating the full report for you. Even the email I was sent said that they are working on it. Called again was told to wait until 7 pm that evening for the full report. Called at 8 pm as no full report was sent. I was informed at that point there is no full report available. You only get the score and no access to the exam. I was very disappointed as this was day before my exam and had no clue what was wrong and couldn't get in the exam again. I feel like I wasted my money.
