The courier service, UPS, they are absolutely useless! Strongly suggest you use a more reliable service! My partner to whom the saddle pad was to be delivered, lives in the countryside to where nobody delivers, so packages/parcels are addressed to her but using the address in the village of the post office, from where she collects. However UPS refused to a post office; asking me to select an alternative; a UPS supported drop off point! This is inconvenient and pointless, what’s the difference from that and the post office?? And, at the moment I believe the UPS notification I had a few hours ago was advising me that it again, had not been delivered, not even now to their preferred location. So, as it stands the saddle pad has not been delivered; if, and it’s a big if, but if I ever order from you again please do not send by UPS. I strongly suggest you consider changing anyway, nobody can be worse so why not try another company??
