Ordered a fabolous print from PSTR studio to the UK. The framed art got delivered really quickly, well under a weeks time. The print is gorgeous and looks perfect in real life, but we had an issue with the frame, as it was a faulty frame. I emailed costumer service on Friday night when I received the print, and got an an answer by Saturday morning! The costumer service was spotless, they sent me a new frame right away! Although the product was faulty, the prompt correction and amazing costumer service still made the experience 5 stars, mistakes can happen!!
