Ordered a couple pieces from PSTR and I’m honestly so impressed. The quality is beautiful, the colors are exactly as pictured, and everything arrived packaged really well. It elevated my space instantly without trying too hard. Definitely would order again.
I had an unfortunate incident with the print + frame I purchased upon the package's arrival, and was delighted to have my query answered and dealt with swiftly (by the lovely Sophie!) - no hoops to jump through or tasks to complete aside from sending photos of the situation, which was super easy. I really felt taken care of and now my framed print is not only beautifully adorning my previously boring blank wall, but also reminding me of human kindness whenever I look at it. An amazing company! I ordered four pieces of art with frames, and they all look fantastic. Unfortunately, one piece arrived damaged due to the courier. PSTR responded to my email immediately and sent out a replacement straight away. Overall, the experience was excellent!
