Once I was in the system, everything moved fairly quickly in comparison to usual NHS waiting times. The time it took to fill out the forms was flexible which made them easier to fill out correctly. When I did get offered my assessment, the times offered were great, plus getting to choose and check reviews of who was assessing me was reassuring. My actual assessment was great, the doctor was incredibly kind and supportive. I really found it easy to be open and honest.
